The final submission guide; this is only a guide.

For different groups, different sections will have different level of importance.

These are things we have covered throughout our semester, so I didn’t see a need for sending this out. However on popular request, here is it.

I am going to take all Thursday for project demonstrations and returning the final exam.

Here is Thursday’s schedule:

11am – 5pm: I will be on campus with all 6 groups getting 1 hour time slots to present the project (demo the software) and walk me through the documentation.

1. 11am – noon: Samar’s group
2. Noon – 1pm: Emad’s group
3. 1pm – 2pm: Aamir’s group
4. 2pm – 3pm: OPEN (Jibran)
   
5. 3pm – 4pm: OPEN (Hammad)
   
6. 4pm – 5pm: OPEN (Tehleel)

Good luck finalizing your projects over the next 4 days. If you need any help, as usual, I am mostly available on email, IM, phone, SMS, blog, etc. I am out of town Monday – Wednesday however, so little phone help during those days.

I mentioned that our next lecture (#22) will be after 2 weeks from today on April 5th. This means you will have 25 days to April 30th, the deadline to finish your project work.

Please don’t wait for April 5th to have next project related activity in your brain – continue to make progress on the business plan and the execution, and keep sending me questions you have.

I would like each group to spend 20 minutes with me to discuss their potential projects. These meetings will be help in faculty room which is few steps from the female prayer room.

Potential times for next 1 week are:

1. Thursday: 8:30 to 9:30 am
2. Friday: 8:30 to 10:00am
3. Saturday: after class till noon
4. Monday: 8:30 to 10:00am
5. Tuesday: 8:30 to 10:00am

To setup a meeting time, group leader needs to email with following subject:

E-Commerce:HW4:<your group name>

You can also call (or IM) me to setup a meeting time.

Points:

Scheduling and attending this meeting carries 5 points. These points will be based on attendance of group members, and their participation. So come prepared to this meeting with ideas on business.

• The subject should be of format: E-Commerce:Project:TeamName
  • replace TeamName with what your team name is

  • Business Idea or Ideas (if already available)
